    With the COVID Pandemic cancelling Fill the Boot across the country, the IAFF is working with MDA to launch a Virtual Fill the Boot in an attempt to raise funds that will help continue the programs and services that MDA provides.

The IAFF Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery is a one-of-a-kind addiction treatment facility specializing in PTSD for IAFF members – and IAFF members only – who are struggling with addiction, PTSD other related behavioral health challenges to receive the help they need in taking the first steps toward recovery. It is a safe haven for members to talk with other members who have faced or overcome similar challenges.

The Kentucky Professional Fire Fighters are made up of 43 fire fighter & EMS unions throughout Kentucky. We have unions as small as 6 members to unions over 650 members.

Annual Legislative Education Day is underway…in person and virtual education to help our members know issues facing them this legislative session
April 11-17 is National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, thank you to all the dispatchers across the United States & Canada that play a critical role in answering emergency calls, sending help and ensuring the safety of all first responders and the public.
On this Veterans Day and Remembrance Day, we honor and express our gratitude to the men and women who serve in our military. Thank you for your service!
Today September 18 is POW/MIA Recognition Day. We would like to honor and thank these Heroes!
The current situation does not allow your firefighters to collect for Muscular Dystrophy this year, but like everything else we are adapting because children still need help from MDA.  

We are asking citizens of the Commonwealth to virtually Fill The Boot for MDA.
